Children’s Ministry

What Children’s Ministry means for us:

Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.

Proverbs 22:6

These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the door frames of your houses and on your gates.

Deuteronomy 6:6-9 (NIV)

But when the chief priests and the teachers of the law saw the wonderful things he did and the children shouting in the temple courts, “Hosanna to the Son of David,” they were indignant. “Do you hear what these children are saying?” they asked him.  “Yes,” replied Jesus, “have you never read,  “‘From the lips of children and infants you, Lord, have called forth your praise?”

Matthew 21:15-16  (NIV)

All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be competent, equipped for every good work.

2 Timothy 3:16-17
